Quinton Baily
Quinton Baily serves as executive vice president, Finance, and chief financial officer for Dairy Management Inc. (DMI), which includes responsibility for all financial activities—such as financial reporting, accounting services, budgeting, government reporting and tax compliance, and financial planning and analysis—and USDA oversight guidelines for DMI and all its dairy-related entities and client companies. In addition, Baily leads the human resources, compensation and benefits, and information technology functions.
Prior to joining DMI in early 2017, Baily worked for many years at Kraft Foods, where he advanced in finance leadership roles in the areas of supply chain, procurement, risk management, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, cash utilization, internal audit, shared services, and category/brand financial stewardship.
Baily began his career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse, where he serviced clients in the areas of real estate investment, manufacturing and energy. Baily earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is also a CPA.
